"We're thrilled to join in the celebration of the Haymaker Farmers Market 30 years in Kent! The Haymaker Farmers’ Market set the standard for connecting people that care about what they eat and buy, with local farmers who care about what they grow and sell. It's a perfect match -- and it's one of Kent's most anticipated and popular community events every Saturday, all year long." David Ruller, City Manager, Kent

“Haymaker Farmers' Market has been an institution on Saturday mornings in Kent for 30 years. As our world seems to speed up, and at times divide, Haymaker continues to be a place where everyone is welcome; where everyone can gather to laugh, build friendships, and buy the best local food in Northeast Ohio.” Lizette R. Barton, Barton Farms and Gardens and Haymaker Farmers' Market Board of Directors, President
